Kia Ora all! New here - despite being AU since Feb 09. I've not come across any other sufferers out here in Kapiti so would definitely be keen to come into Welly if a get-together was organised. I find that, as nice as everyone is about my hairloss, I don't think they quite understand my thought processes sometimes ... so would be great to meet others in the same boat.

Hi there, new to this site, and feeling relieved and excited to find the kiwis on there!! My daughter has alopecia and I would love to make contact with others in the Auckland area that we could met. She is 5.5 years old and feeling alone with her difference and Mum could do with some advice and strategies to help promote her waivering self esteme. Thanks heaps :)

Hi Wellington people!

As Paul has said below, there doesn't seem to be an established Wellington group, so i thought i would take charge. Please let me know who in Wellington is interested in meeting up and i will then organise a meeting.

Kayleigh :)

Hi everyone,

A few months ago some people in Welly met up and had lunch (I think). I dont think there is a formal support group as such in Welly, here in ChCh we just meet up and have a coffee\chat. But im sure some others will raise interest soon

Cheers
Paul
