I'm cold

My hair loss seems to be fully in this pattern now - gone above both ears and down around the bottom of my hair line.  I'm missing about 2.5 inches from the bottom up.  I wanted to ask, does anyone else with this get cold?  I'm freezing!  I can't think of what to do though to keep myself warm…
