This year felt like we didn't get a summer, it rained or cloudy every day, all the plants are well behind. Hope winter is better, by that I mean,,,,very little snow, and lots of sun....lol....like that will happen...lol take care dotty, :) --<-@

Yep, you can work 20 hours a week at Starbucks and qualify for benefits. It is a great place to work. I LOVE it!

Hi Dotty, thank you so much for the warm welcome, it really means alot. For so long I have felt so alone, to the point where I have pretty much shut myself off from the outside world. I have stopped living and enjoying the life I once knew, instead retreating into a world full of fear and self doubt. I am blessed with the most amazing family and thank God for them. I hope to get stronger and reclaim my life, to hold my head high and smile, laugh, play. I have been reading so much on this site and find it so inspirational, others seem so strong. Everything is good with us.
We went to the reopened (after 5 long years) California Academy of Sciences in Golden Gate Park. It is so totally awesome. Tney have a ginormous aquarium, a rainforest, a living roof and the planitarium plus loads of other stuff.Way Cool

Hi Dotty,

How are you? How is Kristen recovery going? I needed some advice and thought you'd be a good person to talk to .

I contacted Jeff and Betsy at CAP to inquire about starting CAP meetings in MA. Betsy sent me the info and I read through it. I am not sure if I have it in me. Part of getting the word out there would involve putting Samantha's name out there and I have not really reached that place if you know what I mean. I don't advertise Sam's Alopeica around town and only my close friends know she has it. I don't know what I want to do. I think the kids in MA need something. CAP is hoping to have 10 new meeting locations over the next year. What do you think?

Samantha's hair is growing and it is doing well. Her brows are starting to come in too..She will always have Alopecia even if her hair comes back. I tell her that all the time.

I know! I've been a little out of touch lately, been busy with stuff goin on at home. I had a decent weekend though, this ones been better than last hah! I guess one of the main things I struggle with is lack of confidence and I met this guy last week that sortof changed that for me, so i've been kinda giddy for a few days now lol...but I was thinking of you so I thought i'd say hello, hope all is well(:

Hi. Count me and Alyssa in for Jan 31st at CPK.. I don't think I'll need to bring Vanessa unless Mike has to work. We will be away Jan 16-25th so there is a chance he may be working that weekend. I haven't found a brand new hat but if you don't mind a red hat from Family Dollar that has been washed I should have one. Alyssa prefers to wear the pink. If you check the Mass board here someone wants to come and said your email bounced.
