About Me:
I am 30 years old. I am married to a wonderful, supportive man. We have two beautiful children. I was diagnosed with alopecia January 2009. I have already lost quite a bit of hair from my head. I have also begun to lose my eyelashes and eyebrows, nasal hair and body hair. I shaved my head late February 09 mostly out of frustration. But it made me feel GREAT. I have control back. It is my life and I'm not going to hide from it!!!

Hi Amanda, thank you for the add! Yes it is very far, but I visit near by Rochester my son is in college there. I will be going up there feb 25th for his concert. How far are you from Rochester? Isn't Buffalo about 1 hour from there?

I'm sure your Derm knows about Alopecia and available options. If not,
have the good doctor give me a jingle. Haha
What kind of work do you do at the hospital? I work in a hospital too.
