About Me:
I have been learning to live with Alopecia Areata since the age of 12. At almost 35, I have NEVER met anyoneone with this disease-just one little boy years ago... I sometimes forget that I have it, I suppose because the people around me forget as well. Being newly single after 8 1/2 years helped me to remember. Not that I feel bad for myself, I just forgot about the challenges. I have definitley learned to accept people for their spirits. For that I am blessed.
