i was wondering if you were willing to share your story with me ..i have had AA @16 (one huge patch) and then nothing for 10 yrs and now @26 i have another spot not as big as b4 but devasting none the less... i was just wondering if you would share your story to give me a better understanding of this disorder...if youd like to share i am here and feel free to ask me any ?'s you want..thanks again.

Hi Angie,
This is a great place to find support!
I really wanted to give women with alopecia support, so I wrote a book with my experiences and those of a lot of other women, and the book is just out. It's called "If Your Hair Falls Out, Keep Dancing!" It's a great read. It might help you, too. Check it out on my page if you're interested.

Hi Angie! I'm Brandy,30 and mom to two wonderful kids. Ethan is 10 and Kassidy is 8. I am also just beginning to accept myself having alopecia. It was a struggle at first.
