I haven't been on the site for a while, but its good to see so much happening as far as help, support and advice.

Yes but use non ammonia hair dye. I joined this site to tell everybody how I cured my AA. I am not here as a psychological support group person. I cured it. It took a lot of research and thinking outside the box. Look at the bottom of my home page by clicking on my avatar picture and look below my profile. Iodine(best in the form of kelp at 100% or slightly more but not too much and biotin and I went from nearly bald for a year to hair everywhere in just a few weeks. I have helped two other people with patchy bald spots to recover.
oh dear, thats not so good, but lest we are not dying thats all i think to stay positive.
Im good just had my wedding so been very busy with that.:)
