Hello and Happy Wednesday! You are beautiful with or without you hair. I had my first bald spot at the age of 11. I didn't go completely bald til 9yrs later and then it grew back mostly, then came out again a few years later. Now its growing back again....with this condition is a never ending suspense. My 2 girls are extremely supportive of this and think its pretty cool. I've been in a relation for 3yrs and just recently told him of the condition. He looked @ me and said "is that it"? Why were you so nervous? It's not deadly"? So you have so much hope!
Just read your discussion topic and wanted to say hi. My alopecia areata got a lot worse a few years ago but I wanted to let you know that my partner has been very supportive and I'm sure yours will be too. His only stipulation has been that I don't get eyes tattooed on the back of my head as he doesn't want to wake up to me staring at him every morning! I hope you find a lot of useful information here: it's definitely a good place to have a moan about how crap dermatologist departments are. They don't call it dermaholiday for nowt :-)

How are you today?
I'm an artist, too. Do you have a web site?
