Hi... I seemed to have developed alopecia in my late 20"s. I seem to feel it occurred as a result of a navel piercing which I had problems with. I went to a herbalist who seemed to agree the navel piercing triggered something in my body which sent it into shock and caused my white blood cells to attack my hair folicules. Whatever the case, it is what it is.......
In any event, I can't complain I'm thankful I dont have cancer. I still would love my hair back.

I'm happy to finally talk to someone that is not so far away, everyone I talk to is so far away it seems like it only me with alopecia in the nyc area (lol) but now there's two of us : ) thanks for the compliment and hopefully we will talk again.

Thanks for you comment, and sorry I took so long to reply. How are you today? I understand what you mean about not letting your fam and friends see you are bothered. I try, but I think they see though it, especially my boyfriend. How do you find the lace front wigs... I mean having to tape or glue them on? Do you do that yourself or does the lady China do that as well. I have one, but I have to get my mum to tape it on for me. Well you could always send a message to my inbox if you prefer that.
