- My story Alopecia story started in 1993 the doctors at the university of Minnesota are very good and all about research. tried steroids and topical solutions nothing resulted in success. so I took it upon myself and shaved my head. haven't paid for a hair cut since. a good friend coined my nickname bullithead it was good so I kept it.

Sounds nice and cold over there! Its actually summer here now in Oz, its a real hot day today, about 35c, which is about 95F I believe :-)
Makes for a sweaty head if you have to be out in the sun! But you get used to it :-)
