Started taking thyroxine for a mild diagnosis of hypothyroidism in 2015 and noticed a small bald patch 5 months later that grew back. Had another larger patch and ophiasis pattern but this patch grew back. Ophiasis did not. Had some big life changes then was hit with a viral infection and became AU within 5 months.

Hey Jules, we have this in common that i was put on synthroid for a diagnosis of mild hypothyroidism and then came patches that slowly led to AU.
The "mild hypothyroidism"never bother me one bit but IVF docs were trying to get my pregnant which is why they did it.
