Hello everyone! I been on tofacitnib for almost 2 years all hair has grown back but recently last few months I’ve shedded crazy. Idk what happened or happening? No meds have changed same dose 20mg . Has anyone experienced this?

HI NICOLE I RECENTLY BOUGHT MED FROM INDIA TOFAJAK FROM CIPLA- HAS ANYONE ORDERED FROM THEM? MY DERMATOLOGIST GAVE ME ONE MONTH RX FOR LITFULO NEW PRODUCT FROM PFIZER SPECIFICALLY FOR ALOPECIA- DEVASTATING RESULTS MY HAIR IS FALLING OUT. I JUST STARTED MY TOF. MED FROM INDIA. I THINK MY DEVASTATING EFFECTS ARE FROM LITFULO, BUT OF COURSE I AM SO NERVOUS THAT THIS MED IS FAKE. PLEASE HELP. LITFULO BLOCKS JAK3, OLUMIANT BLOCKS JAK1, JAK2, XELJANZ (TOFACITINIB) BLOCKS JAK1, JAK2, JAK3- THIS IS THE ONE THAT WORKS FOR ME. HOPEFULLY MY NEW INSURANCE COVERS IT. I finally got my generic Xeljanz from Beacon. Mouree was great, super professional and the ordering process was really no hassle at all after I got in contact with him. I’ve made an appointment with my PCP- but I do not know yet if they will test the meds. I called a few compounding pharmacies and the cost was outrageous— $1500, requiring 5 pills to be sent in.
is there an alternative? I don’t want to shell out more money than I have to but know the testing is necessary before I start the process. Any guidance/advice would be much appreciated.

I have been so thankful fir prescription Hope which has been able to get xeljanz for me at no cost. This program in based in USA if anyone wants to contact them for help it’s amazing. It is really evaluated yearly and you will have time where you don’t have the medication right away that’s why I needed other sources to obtain the only medical treatment that works for alopecia.
