I actually do not have alopecia, but was born with a genetic disorder that is very similar called Ectodermal Dysplasia. Unlike alopecia my hair does not fall out, but instead grows incredibly slowly and is very thin. I also do not have eyebrows or body hair and my eyelashes are damn near invisible.
Hi Kayla!
I just wanted to let you know that after using Latisse for about two months, I am seeing some hair coming in on my eyebrow area and lower eyelid on the right side!
And my eyecolor is still blue!

Hello hows everything going? cold isnt it? wow! even in florida you find yourself wanting to stay under the covers. anyway i hope all is well and that you have a great weekend.
Hi Kayla,
Yes, I am trying Latisse. I did a lot of research on it and the chance of changing your eyecolor is VERY small. Based on collective experience, people with crystal clear blue eyes don’t develop the iris pigmentation; the people who are susceptible to it are individuals with brown eyes, hazel eyes or greenish-blue eyes. But the overall risk is less than 1 percent and that’s with the medication going directly into the eye.
This is what Dr. Arielle Kauvar, clinical associate professor of dermatology at New York University School of Medicine, says. According to Vitals.com, Dr. Kauvar completed his medical degree at Harvard University School of Medicine and is one of Castle Connolly’s America’s Top Doctors in the New York Metro area.
So go ahead and use it!
