I have done all the tourist sights in Paris - in 1992 - however I have travelled the north and west coasts fairly extensively down to Bordeaux - Nantes, Dinan and Dinar - My father speaks excellent FRench ( so he has been told many times by French people) and we holidayed in France many many times when I was a child...
ANyway please keep in touch - it is a great websight!
Hi I love France I have done a reasonable amount of travel around France - I speak dreadful French but I try!
I find that people are very kind to me, alot of people look at me with pity in their eyes - but I put my head up high and look them in the eye - I know I look well - of course some people are brave and ask me how my chemotheraphy is going - and I always make a point of explaining that I am not ill - I have alopecia - I have a job working in a butchers shop - the owner asked me if I would mind wearing a scarf - I was not offended and he now knows that I am really ok about it - we talk about it alot... customers ask me - I always answer them and smile..
I hope this helps you - I am happy to talk some more if you would like
Regards
