- I have been suffering from thinning hair all over the scalp since 2005. They said i have androgenetic alopecia and recently they found indication of alopecia areata in tiny spots of my head. Plus when i go through something stressful lots of hair just shed at once (i don't know if that is telogen effluvium but i had to mention it).
Regaine never really helped nor have the vitamins and supplements I took all these years. I am now trying to approach this from a holistic point of view with the help of a doctor of Chinese medicine. I have Hashimoto disease which might affect the problem, so we are trying to balance the glands system in my body, in the hope of improving the problem in the end. I started the therapy quite recently so if I see a result in the next months I will inform...
