Laser Therapy--Has anybody out there tried it and had success???

Hi all,

i am considering buying a laser comb, you know those that suppose to improve the growth and density of hair by stimulating the cells in the hair follicles. I known this products exist for quite sometime now but since they cost so much and haven't seen many reviews on line i avoided buying one. But since i have already wasted money on vitamins and Rogaine -which didn't work- i thought to give it a try.

Has any woman here tried these laser combs ???

If yes PLEASE write a review...Even if it worked for one might work for another..

I would suggest you don't waste your money. If laser combs worked there would be a really big buzz on here about them. From all my investigations they just don't work.

The claims are based more than likely on sponatenious remission which often occurs when dealing with alopecia areata.

I know this is difficult and you are looking for answers, do your best to investigate to get the answers you may need, but don't spend heaps of money - there is no cure for alopecia areata at this time, but there is always the possibility of hair growth through remission.

it's thoughtful of you to answer based on your search. Unfortunately from the little search i had also made i didn't see much results but i was hoping for someone with good news.. I don't have alopecia areata but androgenetic alopecia, diffused all over and not showing signs of stopping. But like alopecia areata, there is no cure for androgenetic alopecia either. Well we can only keep our hopes up and smile, nothing else we can do.

I have the laser cap but ive only had it for just over a week. I was told that I should see some results by the end of January. If you'd like I can let you know how I go. I also have Androgenetic alopecia.
