About Me:
I had alopecia since I was young, losing hair in spots and then it growing back. I also have crohns and had been on various medications including an injection done once a week. In 2010 I woke up one morning to my hair falling out in clumps and by the end of the week, I was totally bald. I was devastated and had a bit of a breakdown. I went through many different treatments including applying squaric acid to my scalp. Nothing worked. I still have bouts of depression and living in Florida the wigs make it extremely difficult to do anything as I get extremely overheated.
