- I am a 29 year old Newlywed from the Philadelphia area. I turned 27 on May 28th 2014, 2 weeks later my eyebrows fell out, then over the next 2 weeks all of my hair fell out. Staying positive has been easy for be because of the support from my husband and friends and family. I want to help other women and girls like me accept their Alopecia and know that they are beautiful no matter what and that hair does not define who we are!
