I am an aunt to a 6 year old little girl who lives in Turkey with Alopecia. I am trying to find out everything i can about this unfortunate disease, so that i can help her out in any way that i can. She is a wonderful smart loving girl who deserves the best.
Hi Auntie Garrett, I wanted to welcome you to Alopecia World. I can honestly say that we are a great community here and I hope you enjoy the time you spend with us.
please keep me posted on your nieces treatment. Right now Amanda refuses to let me touch her hair or cover her bald spot. She is hoping it will go away by not talking about it. I did the same thing when I was younger and my parents divorced. I refused to open up. So I can see her point about not talking about it. She feels by ignoring it then there is no problem. I will keep your niece in my prayers as well. Thank you for your support. Take care...
