I am new to this site. I was diagnosed with alopecia eleven years ago. For the most part I was getting injections in my eyebrows but in the past year I have lost all the hair on my head and all eyelashes. Recently I have seen my fingernails deteriorate. they are brittle, with nail pitting. All of them look awful. I have been taking biotin since April and have not seen positive results.
