Great children's book on avoiding teasing

I read this to a class of third graders while substitute teaching yesterday. Being that the whole incident starts with a bad hair day, I thought I would pass on a review I saw online (below). The book is Simon's Hook, by Karen Gedig Burnett. If AW allows the promotion of a particular book to grown-up newbies, I'm sure a book for all kids would also be allowed...yes? Speaking to students about alopecia

I am asking any of you who have decided to give speeches to schools or classes...what questions usually come up? What information do you include in your presentations? I am thinking of doing this, as an alopecian since 1963 and as a teacher now...I think I can help.

When you're being shouted "HEY! BALDY!"

It is a normal thing now for me to deal with certain insensitive comments by members of the public occasionally (once in two weeks or in a month) and thankfully I dont easily get depressed or hurt over them as often as I used to compared to a couple of years ago.
