Great blog, I agree with all 10. But here's another one that is quite specific to people in my type of work.
When someone comes into Council to blast me for an issue they have and they want me to fix for them, (NOW), they take one look at me, assume I have cancer and suddenly they're as nice as pie and almost apologetic. I'm almost sad that my hair is growing so nicely right now.
