Master Cleanse
Today is my first day of this 'Master Cleanse' (if anyone has heard of/tried it). I've been losing intrest in everything and gaining weight (nearly 20 lbs in 3 weeks) suddenly. I've always had chronic pain, that I self medicate with alcohol, as long as I can remember. So I've decided today to begin the cleanse - afterall having not missed a day to drink in seven plus years I think the toxins might need some help to get out. Plus I hear your energy will increase and lord knows I could use that.

Hi Carmella, I never heard of the "Master Cleanse", tell me all about it, I turned 50, Dec 2006 and gained a whopping 20 lbs. I'm tall so I carry it well, but I know what's under my clothes, lol. Anyway, I'm glad you're detoxing your body. Hopefully we'll meet someday, you are a very strong woman. Take care and keep me posted.

I too have never heard of this 'master cleanse' and I would love to learn more about it and hear how it works for you. I know a lot of people who have done various cleanses. I personally have never done one, but I'm curious about them nonetheless. All the best. Be strong!
