One of my best friends is like that...I've known her for years and I love her..but..she really does not listen to me..so I just stopped telling her things. A little sad but what can I do?

More than I would like. I use to be a good listener, but as I get older I find that I heard it all before. Its really hard when the person rambling is older and family. Otherwise, I would just tell the person that
they have gone beyond my point of retention and I really can't take anymore. In extreme cases
I will make my hearing aid squeal and tell them the battery died. Actually, losing my hearing has been
more difficult than losing my hair.

They look OK. I'm not sure I will use Athena when my contract expires. She is good, it's just not worth the $$ in my opinion. Have a good day!
