I just need to share with someone, so I picked everyone :) I took my son to the doc yesterday ready to tell her we were ready to take a break from the treatment as he has had such significant loss, especially in the last week. He had lost 70% in about 2 month since it started and the last to go is the top. He lost about 1/4 of the top in the last week. IKES!!! We have been using a steriod ointment that leaves his hair so oily he has to wear a hat even though he really doesn't want to. Anyway, the doctor found REGROWTH!!!!!!! It is really a very, very small amount, in fact so small that I had overlooked it even when checking, but it's REGROWTH!!!! I had gotten to the point of thinking that we were definatley heading to AT and we would just have to accept that. This site has actually been able to help me get to the acceptance and I thank all of you for that. I know we still may move to AT or even AU but I also know for the first time that there is a possibility of it coming back. I'm not getting my hopes up to high and in fact have not made any kind of a deal of it with my son so he won't be disappointed. BUT, THERE IS NOW A LITTLE HOPE!!!!
