Well heres another story, last week i went on a date with a guy called Martin, he works for the auto mobile service.(The aa in the west midlands)
I first met up with him last friday and he seemed really nice, however i did have a wig on when i first saw him but he knew i was bald.
I actually thought i had met a nice guy for a change, how wrong could i have been.
When i met up with him again on the Sunday i didnt have a wig on and his face was a picture he didnt like the look of my hair, and his attitude changed towards me from that day.
When i told him on the monday that my hair had shredded more he didnt really care, he just replied "well you look nice in your wigs " and clearly didnt want to approach the subject on my baldness.
i continued speaking to him on the phone that night (god knows why) but then he never repiled to my texts or called me again.
Then out the blue today (friday 17/10/2008) i recieved a text from martin saying that the reason he hadnt met up with me was because he was scared that i may just leave him in the pub like the other losers that messed me about.
I decided to call Martin, and he was like a silly teenager on the phone he couldnt speak to me properly, i actually said to him outright that it wasnt that i had left previous dates in the pub that bothered him, I know that its my hairloss, Martin didnt say much but i could tell from his voice, it was my hairloss that was the real issue, i then just said to him well forget, he even had the cheek to ask me in a text if we could be just phone friends, to which i told him to forget that for an idea, because im proud of being bald and i wont hide away.
I also remember him telling me that his wife left him after seven months of marriage this year, and to be fair after experiencing his negative behaviour this week and the immatureness he showed in his texts and on the phone, i think we have both had a lucky escape....
No wonder she had an affair with someone else.......
The only person with the problem here is Martin himself and i know he will regret letting me slip through his fingers in time.
As the old saying goes another one bites the dust.
