You know when your relationship starts to slip a little. You can feel the distance between you growing and tension rising. It's not like nobody notices, but rather that no one is doing anything about it. I'm tired, I feel like I'm all on my own and I've been playing the hero for too long.

Tell him how you feel! Never settle for less than you deserve - and you deserve greatness!

It sucks to feel like you're on your own when you're supposed to have a partner to help you through good and bad. I've been with my husband for 11 years and those feelings have come and gone ... I don't know how many times! There's even a good possibility he feels the same way from time to time, I don't know? What I do know is that you should sit down with him and have a talk then based on your discussion you can make a mature decision together on where you want the relationship to go. Good luck. :)

Communication is key. Sometimes we all forget how much the other person means to us and to let them know so, not just with words but with actions.

Sometimes when the relationship is starting to slip mean it is time to re-adjust and not necessarily walk away. No relationship is going to be all "daisies" and good times all the time. The key is how does the man treat you in good and especially in bad times.

NO advice either - Just total understanding!!
I agree with all the others here as well. Keep your head up and eyes/ears open and I do wish you the best!

Playing the hero? Is that how you feel right now? Start addressing and discussing this issue with your partner and remind him that you would like him to be your hero too:)
