still hate alopecia and its life stealing ways.

this time I'm applying topical steroids for at least 3+ months. Why? Because now that I think about it I've only really continued on with a cream for about 1.5 max and I did respond to oral steroids giving almost 100% growth and steroid injections always sprout out hairs again after about a month or so after the injection has been administered.

I have also taken up lifting weights, I'm focusing on the things I can change about my body not the things I can't (for now)

log:

morning- apply protopic
evening: apply dermovte
current variables: no precise amount, timing.
future variables: heat, increase rate of absorption

Good luck, I hope it works for you. Creams just made me itch like crazy, injections in my head..it got to the point of way more then they could keep up with!! Today, sometimes sad, I just except it. I do get steroid injections into my eyebrows and they have come back, that's one great thing working for me.

steroid injections in the eyebrows hurt so much, don't they lol. Its a new level of pain.

I hope the creams work for me too lol thanks :-) I don't get itchyness or anything which is weird. Oh well, maybe I can have a temp solution to this beast of a disease.

if not I have to keep pushing through this struggle aka life… *sigh* until there is a miracle cure ;-)

Nick and Hope. Both u guys sound like u r dealing from a positive place. I commend u cuz it can " steal " SOME life sometimes. Nick. Exercise is always good for the mind and soul. And of course the buffed bod. Kudos. Hope. U r so lucky to have eyebrows! Have a good week guys ;)

I feel ya brotha, I had injections in my eyebrows and eyelids, 5 shots in each lid, ten in each brow. Thats ten per eye! ouch! Didn't really do much. I feel your struggle, cuz I'm right there with ya, but I found out the best treatment is no treatment at all. Exercise is good keep it up buff guy!

I wish you all the best of luck. I did injections for 10 years!!!! and yah it worked in the areas injected but did nothing for the areas not touched. and onced stopped(for after 10 years I felt that I punished myself long enough) the hair continued.
But seriously I do wish you luck and it works for you.
Im happy to see you found something else to focus on with your weightlifting and all the best for that aswell
