I hope my friends are all doing well these days.

Finally logged back in after seeing an update e mail from AW. I keep reading some interesting stories out there regarding "exciting new treatments".

I ask my Derm about them and she usually has no response.

I am still going every 6 weeks for the cortisone injections. We tried longer cycles and shorter cycles. Although the shots work, my body seems to have it's own macro cycle where the eyebrows will stay in and during other periods, they will fall out in patches.

I did get the cosmetic tattoos done early in 2009, so they help fill in the spots.

My Derm claims that the latisse is a good shot for eyebrows- I may try it as she has given me Rx for it.

I now have some very fine hairs on my eyelashes- both upper and lower- that came in naturally. I also have some fuzzy hairs on my head, with quite a few full growth hairs. It's not enough to call it "coverage" but they are growing without any topical treatment.

I now have to shave my face a couple of times per week with those same mixture of fuzzies/ real hairs as well.

I'm not over joyed or anything, but I am curious as to how things may transpire over time.
