I drew mine on for years and hated it. If I got too hot they would smear and sweat off. One day I googled temporary tattoo eyebrows and am so glad I did. Now I order enough to last a few months. They stay on when you swim or shower and even sweat!! You have to get used to putting them on (I ruined many pairs at first) my eyebrows are completely gone and stay inflamed so getting them symmetrical was a challenge. Sometimes I forget and wash my face to hard and it will come off somewhat. Other times it takes a lot to get them off and change them. They really boost self esteem. They are inexpensive and apply just like childrens fake tattoos. Cut them out, peel thin layer off then place them on and hold a hot rag on it for 30 seconds and peel off. Sometimes they are a little shiny but I gently wipe the extra shine off. Then I hit them with a light spray of hair spray and they are on for a while. Go to ibrowse.com or Beauti-ful Brows. There are lots of sights but they are all pretty much the same. Good Luck, please try this before frustrating yourself trying to draw them on. Hope this helps

Hi Amelia! When my eyebrows started falling out, I decided to get a lesson on makeup application. I never really wore a lot of makeup prior to becoming AU. So, it was a huge learning curve. I went to Bare Minerals. The lady showed me how to apply my eyebrows with eyebrow powder. You can also go to any makeup counter in a mall.

Macy's has an actual Eyebrow Bar. I use hypo=allergenic eyebrow powder, but do not wear it long or sleep in it because it still makes eyebrow hairs fall out. I just wear my glasses and buy wigs with bangs to hide it on casual days.

I decided to have mine tattooed on. As soon as I started losing my brows, i got it done as I was afraid I wouldn't remember where my brows were. I have a very light brow tattoo, or as i like to call it, a template. I still use brow pencils to darken them sometimes, but its nice to wake up & have them there.

I have lost both my eyebrows, both lower eyelashes and my left upper eye lashes (apart from large patches on my scalp-currently managing to hide those). I have had my eyebrows and lashes tattooed-semi permanent. I wouldn't look back as I tried pencilling them in for a while but they smudged etc and I was always checking and worrying about them. Now I get up and already have my features back; I feel I have me back rather than a blank expression. My lashes have been individually done rather than an eyeliner line and my brows look like the real thing as well! I would recommend this way of dealing with 'it' as I don't worry anymore and that is an amazing and calming feeling. Hope this helps :)

Hi Mel. I also have my brows tattooed but I never heard of lashes being tattooed. How do they do it? Would u be comfortable adding a pic of your brows & lashes? I would love to see them.
