So im in track and i wear a bandana to protect my head from the sun.I was runing the 100 meter hurtles and as i was runing my bandana flew off in the middle of the race. I kept on runing for a couple of reasons 1 my coach would been like why did you stop 2 i was like in 2nd or 3rd place and i didnt know were my bandana went. no one said anything but it was still really embarrasing because there was a standuim full of people .

Oh, that must have been awful for you, hun. I used to pole vault and at the time, had large bald patches at the front of my head. I wore a wide head band to cover them up but once, it came off. I was so embarassed. But good on you for keeping running, I'm sure there were a lot of people in that stadium thinking how brave you were.

Good for you! I know how bad you must have felt, but you did the brave thing and trudged on, kudos! I'm a guy and after 20 years, I still get uncomfortable at times. The first ten years I hid underneath baseball caps in the summer and anything in the winter.

Ooh, the time I spent sweating and being embarrassed was so futile! Because when I finally took the hats off, no one (hardly) gave me a second look! Not enough to have made me suffer those ten years.

But you take your time and go at your own pace, you've already shown what a champion you are! Good luck...
