Fashion magazines

I love fashion magazines. I can't really explain why but I love the artistry of design. Have you ever noticed (those of you who read them) that when they publish a feature about "hair loss" alopecia is NEVER mentioned??????? Why is that?? Do we need to have a louder public voice?? Just a thought.

Your quite correct it is rarely if ever mentioned. I wish I or someone here on AW had the magic answer.
I too enjoy looking a fashion magazines but sadly its great clothing, jewelry, make-up & hair products, the latter of which many of here sadly don't need. Hair products are a multi million dollar business.
I would love to see one fashion magazine do an article or article's on Alopecia how wonderful that would be, even perhaps do a fashion shoot using alopecian sisters. Alright I know I'm dreaming but hey if your going to dream, dream big & so I am.
Who knows perhaps we will open Harpers B & there is a whole section full of fashion & fabulous looking alopecian sisters & brothers looking oh soo fly.
