i have now decided its time to try get myself a freedom wig as im still unsure what my hair wants to do. its bn growin for a bit but very sparse and only a couple of area's changed colour but then it hasnt changed for ages so thought i might shave it off and save for a new wig. just a couple of questions if anyone can help... if getting a freedom wig can you get it any colour you want and how much do the wigs start from? im starting to hate the acrylic wigs now as they dont last at all and i am always feeling self contious about them and people knowing it is a wig,

thanks for any info u can give, x

How much does a freedom wig cost?

I opted for bonding specificially because I don't want to have to take it off before going to sleep, and it seems like it would be a little more breathable than the vacuum. My bonded system has shed a bit and needed repairs, and it it somewhat pricey but the right choice for me. I must say the vacuum wig does look beautiful and extremely natural!

I love mine too. They are pricey, but worth it. There aren't any other wigs out there like it. Theres tons of pics on my page if you want to see. I have had one for 3 yrs ( almost) and another for 2. You have to treat them really well, don't sleep in them. Otherwise, you will have to get it repaired faster.

I have a freedom wig and I love it. I feel like my old self pre-alopecia. It last 3 to 5 years. You may have to have repairs done once a year.

hello rosy thank you so much for your information that was very helpful.. thanks. i feel like if i had the freedom wig i could do so much more with my life like even join the gym which with acrylic they make me sweat and it runs down my head and face so isnt gd at all :( im fed up with feeling very insecure about my wig and feel that ive read enough information about the freedom wig and would love to have one and lead a normal life. i still find it very hard to cope with my alopecia and it'll be 2years in april since it happened but cant ever get used to it.. so i was hoping the freedom wig would help make me feel loads better. x

Fair enuff, L.... some peeps would say you want to have your cake and eat it. To which I respond, if you've got the cake, why WOULDN'T you eat it?? (I think people are straaaange.....) :)
Hope you can find the dosh for the wig and the dress and the pop.... hey, if you can't have a good night out in Embra, you can't do it anywhere!!!
