Well my friend Liselle called me out about not bein on AW lately, so I decided to post a blog. Thanks Liselle for reminding me to blog!

I am getting more and more comfortable with my wig, I am actually getting more comfortable with my buzzed hair too. I actually have showed it to my bestie's kids and husband in KY. I skype with her since we are 6 hours away. They all said that I look good, but of course they aren't seeing the top of my head, but atleast they make me feel comfortable with sitting there talking to them without my wig on. Of course my bestie has seen it all via Skype. I wish we weren't so far away from each other, but she has helped me immensely thru this process.

I know a few of you had asked me to let you know what I thought of the gel headband. I got it and it definitely does help with the pressure of the wig, not that it really bothers me anymore, but the only problem is it shifts back on my head. Supposedly it is supposed to sit securely, but I think that is mainly if you are completely bald. I think it might help me in the future.

Things are goin good and I think I might start looking for my second wig soon. I think I might go a little longer and not so dark, you know since we are getting into spring(hopefully soon) and summer.

Hope that you are all doing well! I will blog again soon!

thanks for posting Julie. I just started wearing my first wig too but haven't buzzed my own (whats left of it) hair yet. I ordered a gel headband hoping it might make me feel a little more secure. However, I was wearing my wig yesterday and it was really windy. No porblems!

oh...thanks for indulging me Julie :)
I think I just like your upbeat spirit!
I wish I had a 'bestie' for wig shopping and such. And just for moaning and ranting too LOL!!
Glad to hear all is going well.
