Today was the first day i didn't wear my wig at all at work. Sometimes i'm running late and its not brushed so i'll wait til i get to work to fix it and then put it on. Sometimes i'll just get way to hot and have to take it off. Today i just didn't feel like wearing it. I had a pretty dress on, pretty feather earrings, clear even skin and colorful pretty eye shadow. It was a pretty busy day at the salon i work at and only one person brought it up without me saying something first. He did it in a funny cute way by asking it something was different about my hair today. He asked if i had curled it or straightened it or if it was a different color or if i had permed it recently. Said he couldn't figure out what was different. One of the girls i work with said i needed to put my wig on because i was freaking her out but she was trying to be "funny". My manager said that i looked like a barbie that she had cut all the hair off. She said i should be that for Halloween just write on a shirt "i'm the barbie you shaved as a little girl" because i'm pretty sure everybody had one of those barbies. It was really pretty funny because she has always told me i look like a doll or a mannequin even when i had a full head of hair. Tomorrow i will probably where my wig.
I'm glad to hear the the first time went well. I've been thinking about going bald to my work. I wear wigs and scarves now to work. That is a great Halloween idea! Too funny. I'm pretty sure that I had one or two of those barbies also. :) You are beautiful!
Lol. that was ridiculous. Pretty sure I wouldn't be that devoted to Halloween. That is a good idea for a costume! What kind of glue did you use?
eyelash glue figured its ok for your eyes should be ok anywhere else on your body
That makes sense, I should have thought of that. I wanted to tell you that reading your story gave me the push that I needed to go to work bald. Thank you for being an inspiration!
