Hey everyone! It has been a while since I have been on the website. I apologize. I am trying to finish a few more tests before Spring Break! Yay! No plans besides going home for a while and spending time with my parents and my animals! Oh and then going back to College Station to my apartment to go swimming and lay out! Lol

Well anwyays, 2 things I felt like blogging about...

Okay, first one is a complaint. On my myspace webpage men keep trying to add me that only want to add me because they are into bald women. Well thats flatterring and all, but don't. I do not want a 40 year old adding me because he has a bald fetish. I am all about not men caring about a bald women BUT I am not down with the whole bald fetish thing. I have dated men who just don't mind my bald head but thats different.

Okay and second, I get sick tooooooo dang much! Lol Is this the same for anyone else? I get sick at least once a month. It's annoying and I hate it. I am not sure if its the immune system going crazy or just simply not having any nose hairs to keep out some germs? It drives me crazy!! I am constantly sick and honestly don't have time to be sick. I am trying to concentrate on doing well in school and of course having some fun on the weekends! Lol

But anyways, I just want your input on getting sick really.

ONE more thing. Okay, so I go out to bars (bald, of course) and have recently realized I need to watch what I do because people are watching and the town isn't too big (Its a college town). But I definitely like to go out and have fun and can definitely be a flirt and I absolutely love to dance. Lol But I am afraid people are judging my actions and of course they aren't going to forget "the bald chick." Lol it drives me crazy!! I wish people wouldn't remember me so freaking well sometimes! Lol I go to a VERY conservative school in more ways than one. But all my friends tell me not to worry about it...but I can't have a reputation especially when no one forgets me!! They don't understand completely, you know? I do want ya'll to know that I am not a crazy partyer but I am in college!!

Well hope everyone have a safe and fun Spring Break! I am definitely going to enjoy a break from school!

Thanks for your time!

Brianne I am not too sure about the sick thing. I know when I was in my late teens and early 20's I was, ALL the time. But now it seems to be just the normal colds and such. I will tell you I totally understand the nose hair thing! Man does stuff irritate me big time. And if you have a cold or are crying? It completely sucks, not anything there to keep the stuff in your head LOL.
As for the reputation thing, personally I think you should just be true to yourself. There are always people out there that will say things or look "bad" on you. As long as you are being you and comfortable with the things you are doing, who cares what others think?

Hi Brianne!

I think I've had more colds this past year since I lost all my hair, but my non-alopecian husband and other friends have also had more. I think there are just a high number of bad bugs out there this year.

About the bald fetish thing: I was very surprised when I first posted my video ("Alternatives to Wearing a Wig") on YouTube to see a very high percentage of views by men, especially in other countries. (YouTube allows a video poster to see the demographics of viewers, including gender and age, by country.) When my two videos went up, the first weeks were almost 100% men - and I doubt they were alopecians!

I'm also able to see what websites are referring or embedding my videos, and when someone marks my video as a "favorite", I can look at their page and see what else they've "favorited". Yuch!!! I found guys with rubber, bondage and shaved women videos. Clearly, this whole bald fetish thing is way more pervasive than I imagined. My videos aren't what I would call sexy, and yet they're a hit with a bald fetish website in Russia! I repeat, yuchh!

Be careful out there, all you dating ladies.

Hi Brianne,

So when you say you are getting sick is it like a cold? Do you have a cough or fever?
Take your vitamins get as much rest as you can when you are feeling sick. If it's a cold try using zinc nasal swabs and zinc lozenges at the very start.

Have fun while you are in college just be careful.

Nothing any of can do about men as we know.... MAP....Men Are Pigs. Haha

Haha thanks for the input everyone!

When I get sick, it's an infection every time! All the gunk is green (gross, I know. Lol) I never get just a cold. I mean I get sick constantly. Sometimes its worse than others but all my family members get sick MAYBE 3 times a year and here I get sick once a month!

And totally didn't know the bald fetish got that extreme!! Lol Crazy!

Yeah I need to quit worrying about what people think about me. I don't care about being bald, honestly don't, but I do care if I have a bad reputation. I think the only reason I do care is because people always remember me! But I don't do anything extreme, so I need to just get over it!

Jeffrey, I hang out with my 2 older brothers all the time, so I am not allowed to do anything too stupid! Lol They watch after me, definitely!

Sandy!! I hope all is going well! And I missed you too! You look beautiful as always!

Thanks again ya'll! And I am definitely going to try and log on to the website more often!
