I feel like a dog

Shed shed shed!! Every time I move my head I rain hair. It's grossing me out. I had to switch pillows last night because my pillow case got too hairy (hey it was 3am and wasn't going to look for another pillow case...)

4 days until I see the Dr.... This is so irritating both figuratively and literally.

See my profile, cured my AA with biotin and iodine(kelp). Itchy head was caused for me by dyes in shampoo. Dye allergies. Had to get a clear or white shampoo and that stopped it.

Biotin? Iodine? If that cured anyone's AA, maybe you didn't have AA to begin with. That is not going to cure anything. If it worked for someone, more power to them. They got lucky.
