Hi again
My hair is still falling out and I'm getting fed up with trying to hide the patches on my hair - so why bother. If people notice, they notice, it's time for me to just get used to it (as hard as that really is).

I went back to the doctors today to talk about starting some multi vitimins. He agreed with me that they wouldn't hurt and who knows. I have decided that this is my way of doing 'something'. All I have read and been told to do seems to have it's good and bad. I personally feel that my hair will grow if and when it feels like it and nothing I do will make a great deal of difference. What will be will be.

I have been taking a Biotin tablet daily for about 6 months now. It is supposed to promote healthy hair, skin and nails. I am slowly getting more white hair. Not sure if it is helping but it's not hurting.

I think I will check into the Ginko and Flaxseed. I also heard Vitamin D3 is good from an Herbologist.
