Naturopath

Going to see a Naturpath today. Hoping to get some help with maybe diet? Been reading a lot about "leaky gut" syndrome and the part it plays in auto immune disorders.

It was only $160 for the initial consult and follow up appointments are $80. I did walk out with some supplements but only $60 worth. Have only talked about diet changes because with Christmas that would be impossible. Focusing on balancing my thyroid and fixing my low stomach acid. Auto immune disorders are partly caused by environmental antigens and if I can eliminate something in my diet and stop the inflammation on my scalp, I am willing to try it. Certainly beats going on immune suppressing drugs. I told the naturopath that I was a skeptic, and that I didn't want to break the bank for treatment.
