Does anyone else suffer from an extremely runny nose due to the lack of or no nose hair at all????

I have come to the conclusion that my nose is a never ending faucet due to the fact that I have no noise hair and it causes my nose to be sensitive to a lot of things and smells?

PLEASE let me know if any of you guys have experienced or are experiencing this right now.

Thanks!

Montoya!

I always seem to have a dripping nose...have a few white hairs in my nostrils that have grown back but they're useless. Very annoying and embarassing at times I must say! Yes and also quite sensitive mainly to dry air. If the humidity gets low my nostrils get quite sore.

My daughter has issues that her nose will run without her realizing it until it has dripped. Ear wax also builds up because the hair in your ears pushes the wax out, so you have to irrigate occasionally. Oh what a pain. She has some hair regrowth so these issues are minimial right now.

Yep! I often carry two hankies just so I'll always have a really clean one. I'm so tired of my friends asking me if I have a cold or something when I've already told them a thousand times, that it's because I don't have any hair in my nose!!!

Don't you even listen to me?!?!?! I ask!!! :-)

But, yes. I think we may ALL have runny noses......

Montoya Girl,
I feel your pain! My nose has literally dripped right onto the floor because I couldn't get to a tissue fast enough. Of all things Lord.... my nose hair.....really????

Yeap. It runs all the time. I have boxes of Kleenex everywhere, throughout the house, cars and office.

Thanks for all the replies! Im a waitress at a local pizza joint here in detroit and there have been times where I would be taking an order and i could feel the "faucet begin to run" can you say EMBARRASSING! At first I thought it was because i have allergies and really bad sinuses but when I realized I had no nose hair I knew exactly what it was! I've started taking Claritin and Sudafed so that I can at least get a break from the runny nose! Im 22 years old and I feel like a 2 year old when this happens!

OMGosh...finally a reason! I thought it was just because I am getting old. You know, those little old ladies that always have a hanky tucked up in their sleeves? Well that's me and now I see I am not alone! Geez....the things you learn on this site are amazing:)
