That time again
I'm sort of lucky I feel. Firstly I was going to post how long it has been since I last posted.. but I realised I don't post as I don't often think about my Alopecia very much.
The only time I think about it is when it is time I look for a new wig... This one is a little past it's use by date and I'm generally bored of it. But the hardest thing is picking a new one... what style? What colour? How much will it cost etc.
This is a big decision and often feel I am wasting a lot of the wig shops time trying on a number of styles and colours.
I have an image in my head but it never looks right in the mirror.
But I am thinking it's that time again the hunt for a new wig begins...

Ugh! I hear you! A great forum all about wigs is wigsupport.com. Seriously great resource on all types. Very knowledgeable people there who give kind feedback also! I pop in there now and then when I have a question or want to find out if a certain wig looks natural on me or whatever.

I've been on wig support a long time ago. I'd actually forgot it was there so thank you. It may be worth a visit see if any reviews.

I waste sooooo much time on WS and on online wig sites, and watching video reviews....makes my head spin sometime. End result, nothing will ever feel and look right, be the right color, the right style, the right price, feel normal and natural, not feel like I look like I am wearing a wig, not be itchy, .....gee, what else can I add? It all just sucks. And, someone else's opinion? Well, not necessarily yours, and are they really telling the truth?

On videos I don't listen to what they say just if I seen a style how they look.
But I guess the best way is to try on in a shop. Only then you'll see and feel..
The only down side is the shops have limiter stock from their whole range.
