I'm sorry that you have such health problems and I know many people who are still strained because of this.
In such cases, I know that much vitamins and minerals have to be consumed, including the supplies and in such a way manage to a balance of the body needs the need.
I do not have any problems but anyway, always I consume vitamins because I understant how much our body needs such a thing because we live in a world where almost everything is harmful.
Lastly, especially I'm taking vitamin for vein health because I heard how positive effects it has. Good luck to you and a lot of health.

I'm so sorry to hear about your situation. It's always frustrating to get into prolonged issues as this! Try to eat healthier and yeah vitamins will get you there eventually!

Furthermore, I would suggest you to look into berries of all sorts including elderberries which have proven to be extremely beneficial in cases like yours specially in the recent years! The best sort of supplement which is also really enjoyable to take comes from https://www.elderberrygummies.org/ as it comes in gummy form!
