OMG I love clive barker - I read books of blood - you knwo one of the stories- midnight meat train - they made a movie - its different fromt he story somewhat but still very good- did you know one of clive barkers stories is the story line behind candy man? again changed somewhat but still his - he is a master - my favorite book is cabal and in that case i love night breed the movie that they made out of it - the story is as beautiful and disturbing as shelley's frankenstein - yes barker is a master!!
well the anita balke series by laurell hamilton is excellent but very different from barker - its not as refined so to speak but the characters are well developed and they are alot of fun to read - :)
Hey just an idea. If you want give me a suggestion of what kind of eyebrows ( like color) and I can get you some and send them. A late Christmas present? You will absolutely love them!
I completely understand the drawing thing. It was even worse when I ran out of my temp ones and had to draw them on again for a couple days :o( The only thing I wish was I could get them to last longer than just the day I put them on. If I sleep in them they rub off by the morning. If you get some and have any pointers give me a head's up! Oh, and sorry you didn't get to shock the DMV today LMAO
I actually found a shop here in town that sells them. I had looked at a few places on line but never ordered them. I will tell you one thing- I absolutely love them!!! and as soon as I can I want to get them permanent, as long as I find someone that can do it that well lol
Oh my goodness girl it HAS been forever! I am well and I hope you are also. Love the scarf, really colorful. Hope your New Year is off to a rocking start!
Gosh it does feel like forever doesn't it???? Sounds like you had a great time at the dance- good for you :o) You'll have to take a pic so I can see how the hat looks! I believe I am actually ready for Christmas now-for once LOL! You Have a Wonderful Christmas and hug all your family tight!
I totally get that though, have to have fun with it for sure. Last year my Mom sis and I were "graveyard hopping", she does geneology and posts pics on the web for people of their loved ones graves. Anyway we were in this smallll town and couldn't find the graveyard so I went into the local gas station, after I took my hat off, and asked where the local graveyard was. OMG, talk about looks! It was freaking hilarious. We are so bad LOL
OMG Val! That is great! I do that with my hat, but have so not had the courage to whip my hair off. God I bet that is the funnest. And by the way, I TOTALLY rock out too. My kids are always complaining when they get in the van the radio is to loud! LOL

Oh, it was many years ago that I taught riding (both English and Western). I have lots of friends who have horses, so I still get to hang around with them!
Hi Val...In my 20 year Alopecia history I have gotten wigs at 3 different salons in the Nashville area...Chic Boutique near Cool Springs Mall in Franklin, Old Hickory Wigs in Old Hickory and Dean's Wig Villa in Madison. I would recommend all three but would have to lean more toward Chic Botique...Deborah McWhorter is the manager and a very sweet lady...the address is Cool Springs Crossing, 1745 Galleria Blvd., Franklin, TN 37067 phone #615-771-9779. My husband and I were in the Madison area last weekend and the shop that was Dean's Wig Villa seemed to have a different sign that just read WIGS so I don't know if it's a different shop or if her sign had just changed, I didn't get close enough to see the store front.
Up until this year I had worn a Peggy Knight vacuum wig for the last 6 years so I've been kind of new to the wig shopping lately myself. Good luck with the wig hunt and have a very Happy Thanksgiving.
