Yes, Ardell seems to last longer. I tried Duo and it comes off really easily. It also helps if you put glue on both your eyelid and on the lashes. Let them get tacky, and stick them on. They last a lot longer that way. You still might have to touch up the corners, though. Use a toothpick (BUT BE CAREFUL!)

The best eyelast glue I've found is Ardell. You can find it at Walgreen's, Fred Meyers, places like that.

Hi Amanda,
Yes, it's the pits. You are being very positive, but I know how much you need support.
You might find some good info and help in my new book, "If Your Hair Falls Out, Keep Dancing!" It's full of good advice and information, and it's fun to read. You can get it online -- there's a link at the bottom of my page. Or order it online through Amazon. I really think it will help you out -- it's the book I wish I had when I was first diagnosed with AA.
Hugs, LeslieAnn

Hi Amanda,
My daughter is 18 and a senior in Pgh. Pa. You guys would have so much in common. She is AT. She doesn't get on these boards, but I might convince her to converse with you. Do your friends know?

hmm
what kind of glue are you using?
that might partially have something to do with it,
but make sure youre putting extra glue on the ends, like both ends so they stay on longer
