Dave, congrats on the leap of faith (move) and the new job opportunity! Michigan misses you, but we totally understand ;). We will probably eventually take that route too, but not until rj daughters are all grown up, the youngest is about to turn 16.
Personally, I love the shaved head look on men. My husband did it years ago just due to thinning hair and he looked ten years younger and more attractive. I wasn't ready for him to do it but he said, "I will not be the guy who hangs onto his hair" and it was the right choice. Just my opinion, though ...
