Thanks for the warm welcome. This is a great site!
Leslie-Ann my daughter is doing well, Although we have our ups and downs with the alopecia, I think the support we have found over the past 5 years has helped all of us focus on esteem-building. She has chosen to wear a hairpiece (Locks of Love), but will not hesitate at home or elsewhere (when there is a comfort level) going bald.
I'm very proud of her since she is a little girl with a big personality.
Hi Lisa, I wanted to welcome you to Alopecia World. I can honestly say that we are a great community here and I hope you enjoy the time you spend with us. Cheryl, co-founder
Hi Lisa,
How are you and your daughter doing with alopecia? So many times, the kids are much better about it than the parents.
I've had it for about 30 years. Just wanted to say hello and see how you are today.

Thanks so much Richard. I'm exploring (so to speak) and already there's a few people I know.... This is a remarkable site and a great support. Thanks for setting it up! Lisa
