Finally I have found some where that understands what the hell I am dealing with. But going by some of the posts in the forum, I do not seem to have it as bad as other people.

I am 26 yo and live in Brisbane (Australia) I found out I had Alopecia about 18 months ago. It started off with a little spot on the side of my head and I honestly did not even notice until there was more of it falling out in smal chunks. I went and saw a doctor who promptly advised I had Alopecia.

I am just over 6 foot tall and I did have hair most of the way down my back, until a huge chunk of my hair fell out on the back of my head and I had to have it cut off as it just looked odd (I had to tie my hair back for work)

So now, I have a fair few chunks of hair missing. I have bits of it fall out each week and it is very frustrating.

I am just happy to have come across other people who know what I am having to deal with.
