I have a few funny stories.  This one was from years ago when I was working towards no longer wearing a wig.   I was with a friend who also has alopecia, we were driving into a restaurant parking lot and I had taken my wig off.  I notice that a guy had noticed and pointed at the car.  Just before leaving the car I put the wig back on.  So when I passed by the car with the guys in it,  I had a full head of hair.  Needless to say, dinner was full of laughs.  :)
