Ah. Now I see. I, too have a book in me after 50 years of knowing I have alopecia (I am 60 now), and a friend who writes gave me some e-book links that do well for the writers. My book would also cover relationships. However, I would not look for funding from struggling alopecians. The ones who click on this site are young and fairly hopeless. The secure ones who have accepted and moved on no longer need the repetitive questions on this site. I used to be here daily, playing mentor...but now I let the youngers mentor each other. By the way, I live a bit north of you.

Hi! I'm pretty new to AW and felt that my story could help those exact young and hopeless Alopecians. Unfortunately, I couldn't get much of a response from Cheryl other than featuring the video. Maybe if I paid for ad space AW would change their tune?

I really appreciate you letting me know how it works on the site. And I will check out your page and blog posts. I'm big on supporting fellow writers. I hope we stay in touch and look forward to reading your upcoming book. :-)
