Have you ever had the Epley's maneuver done by a Dr for your Vertigo? Its a series of head twist followed by like 24 hours of sitting and sleeping without moving your head. Its said to move the little " bone crystals and fluid in your ear and allow them to settle in the right places and curing Vertigo. Good luck:)
